TWO_CYLINDRICAL_WIRES_SEPARATION_TEST is a parameterised
test consisting of two circular wires whose separation can
be varied. There is a FastHenry2 version, FD_TWO_WIRE_FASTHENRY
and a version running the original SACAMOS process, FD_TWO_WIRE_LAPLACE.

The script run_parameter_set runs both of these versions for a range of
wire separations set in SC2_LIST in the run_parameter_set script.

The test set is run with the command

run_parameter_set

and the results plotted with

gnuplot plot_results.plt
